2. What this site is
This site describes our services and shows examples of our work. Nothing on it is a binding offer or a quotation. Prices, timelines and scope are agreed in a written proposal for each engagement, and that proposal governs the work.
3. Intellectual property
The Lenzo name, logo, this website and its design, code, text and imagery are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without written consent.
Client work shown in our portfolio remains the property of the respective clients and is displayed with their permission as evidence of our involvement.
For commissioned projects, ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client on full payment, unless the written proposal says otherwise. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement prevents it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, interfere with its availability, submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, or use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing. We log and act on abuse.
5. Third-party links
Our portfolio links to websites we built for clients. Once you leave this site, those sites are operated by their owners under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content.
6. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove content without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
